eBURST - User Data NEEDS WORK
The first screen of the 'Enter your data' option provides a form for entering your own MLST data.
![]() Data must be entered in comma- or TAB-delimited format - example data in either format are available by clicking the 'Click here for example data' buttons. The data for each isolate you enter should start with the ST number, followed by the alleles at the seven MLST loci. After pasting your data you can choose one of three options: 1) Analyse your allelic profiles separately: This will launch eBURST containing only your query data ![]() NOTE: As eBURST can show the abundance of isolates of each ST in your dataset (both in tabular form and from the size of the circles representing each ST in the eBURST diagram), using Option 1 above you should enter the ST and allelic profile of all isolates in your dataset and not just one of each ST. Once you have pasted your data, and chosen your option, hit 'Click and Wait' - an eBURST icon will appear below the form, indicating your option and providing a link to launch eBURST: ![]() fdsafsdfsdfsd ![]() In the next section we describe the use of geographic eBURST to compare isolates in the MLST database from different countries.
